Canada’s Agropur Cooperative brand biPro is set to expand its portfolio of sports nutrition drinks with the addition of a new protein water range.

With 20g of protein per 500ml bottle, biPro protein water will be available in lemon, berry and orange flavours.

Claimed to have been produced with all-natural ingredients, the new protein water beverage is free from lactose and sugar, and contains 90 calories per bottle.

In addition to 20g of protein, each biPro orange protein water bottle contains 100mg of caffeine derived from guarana extract, which is equal to a medium cup of coffee.

The range is said to be rich in vitamins B12 and B5, phosphorous and riboflavin, and is available in lactose-free versions.

Headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec, Agropur is owned by 3,290 dairy farmers and processes milk supplied by its farmers.
