Swire Coca-Cola USA has completed an acquisition of the Coca-Cola Production Centre in Tempe, Arizona.

This move was part of the refranchising process of The Coca-Cola Company, and operations have also been started at Swire Coca-Cola’s production facility, which builds on the company's growing footprint in the country.

Tempe Production Centre is one of the largest manufacturers of Coca-Cola products in the US, and its acquisition increases Swire Coca-Cola’s workforce by almost 160 employees.

Per annum, the facility is reported to operate multiple production lines and manufactures almost 40 million cases of beverages.
