Peet's Coffee has expanded its cold brew beverage portfolio with the addition of the Black Tie and Baridi Black + Cacao in California.

The two new flavours will be added to the company's existing line-up of four bottled beverages distributed by Coldcraft, a dedicated business unit of Peet’s coffee for crafted, bottled beverages.

The company's new Black Tie is a Vietnamese-inspired cold brew beverage, which features hero Baridi Black, sweetened condensed milk, chicory, pure cane sugar, and cream.

The Baridi Black + Cacao is a combination of Baridi Black coffee with Guittard Cacao nibs, which is cold brewed together using pure cane sugar to create a slightly sweet, dairy-free beverage.

"The company's new Black Tie is a Vietnamese-inspired cold brew beverage."

Black Tie and Baridi Black + Cacao will be available in a 10.5oz bottle and will be retailed for a suggested retail price of $3.99 across California in Peet's coffee bars, mass retailers, and other partner locations.

Coldcraft vice-president and general manager Tiffin Groff said: "As the Original Craft Coffee, our fifty years of experience is evident in our range of cold brew flavours, making Peet's the leading brand of single-serve Cold Brew in California with a 24% share.

"Unlike other brands, our True Cold Brew is kept cold from bottling to the cooler, ensuring freshness and flavour above all else. And our newest delicious Cold Brew beverages provide even more ways for California consumers to enjoy Peet's Cold Brew."
