Beam Suntory's bourbon brand Knob Creek has launched a new expression in the US.

Available in limited quantities, the new expression has been released by the brand to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Knob Creek 25th Anniversary Bourbon is an unfiltered single barrel bourbon that has been aged for 12 to 13 years. It has been personally selected by Beam's master distiller Fred Noe.

Knob Creek was created by Noe's father, who was also master distiller at Beam.

Knob Creek 25th Anniversary Bourbon is offered to its customers in a wooden box, with a handwritten label detailing the bottling date and proof.

"Each bottle comes with nuanced variations of deep, full vanilla with a sweet and nutty flavour."

The drink contains 60% to 62.5% alcohol-by-volume (ABV) and is sold at a standard retail price (SRP) of $129.99 per 750ml bottle. Its cask strength varies by barrel, ranging from 120 to 125 proof and comes in deep amber colour.

Each bottle comes with nuanced variations of deep, full vanilla with a sweet and nutty flavour.

Knob Creek has widened its portfolio with the launch of Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve in 2011, Knob Creek Rye in 2012 and Knob Creek Smoked Maple in 2013.

Headquartered in Chicago, Beam Suntory is a subsidiary of Suntory Holdings in Japan.
