Kelvin Slush Company has launched new flavour Frosé.

Made with organic peach and strawberry juices, the new base slush flavour is the sixth in a series that includes citrus, piña colada, margarita, ginger, and tea.

Kelvin produces certified organic cocktail mixes specifically formulated for premium frozen cocktails. It began as a food truck on the streets of Brooklyn in 2010 selling organic non-alcoholic drinks and later began collaborating with bars and restaurants to create and serve premium frozen cocktails.

The company now focuses on the wholesale channel across the US and Canada.

Kelvin's base flavours are said to feature high-quality, all-natural ingredients that allow operators to create and customise frozen cocktails.

Kelvin's Frosé is now served at restaurants and bars across the country, including Eataly in New York, Soho House in Chicago, Malibu Farm in Malibu, The Edition Hotel in Miami Beach, and Stay Gold in Austin.

Kelvin's slush co-founder Zack Silverman said: “Our new Frosé organic cocktail mix has been a game-changer.

“Through May, our year-over-year sales are up more than 90%. We anticipate this will be our best year-to-date.”

Kelvin’s premium cocktail mix can be used in any non-carbonated frozen drink, slush, or granita machine by combining ingredients. The premium mix can also be used in a blender at home.

Kelvin is available for bars and restaurants through food and liquor distributors, including US Foods, Sysco, Baldor Foods, Shamrock Foods, Spec's, Vin Sauvage, Julius Silvert, Rader Foods, and Tampa Beverage Solutions.

Kelvin is also available on Amazon in a 64oz. bottle for consumers priced at $34.95.

All its products are claimed to be organic, non-geneticlaly modified organism (GMO), vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and made in the US. The products are also said to be free of artificial flavours, ingredients, colours, and preservatives.
