Frey Farms has expanded its cold-pressed watermelon juice lineup with the introduction of the new Watermelon Juice and Coconut Water blend.

The company claims that its Tsamma Watermelon + Coconut Water Blend offers increased levels of hydration, packed with antioxidants and essential nutrients and serves an ideal performance hydration drink.

The juice provides more than 500mg of potassium and just under 500mg of L-Citrulline per bottle.

These two vitamins are expected to help reduce muscle fatigue, increase muscle recovery, and fuel rapid hydration.

Further, the electrolytes, vitamins and L-Citrulline present in watermelon and coconut work well together to increase intracellular hydration.

"We are changing the way people perceive the watermelon, and educating them on the significant nutritional benefits."

Frey Farms founder Sarah Frey said: "We are changing the way people perceive the watermelon, and educating them on the significant nutritional benefits.

"The trends toward health and wellness have definitely ignited change in our industry, leading us to the perfect line extension creating our Tsamma Watermelon + Coconut Water Blend as the ultimate beverage for performance hydration!"

Tsamma Watermelon + Coconut Water Blend will be available at retailers such as Publix, The Fresh Market, Schnucks, Fresh Thyme Markets and Aldi.

Frey Farms, which has been engaged in selling fresh produce to retailers, has operations in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois and in the panhandle of West Virginia.
