Canada's Eau Claire Distillery has made its debut in the New York market by launching its Parlour Gin and Prickly Pear EquineOx spirits.

The two products are claimed to be made from regionally-sourced ingredients and artisanal distilling methods. They will be available across bars, restaurants, and liqueuor stores within the state.

Eau Claire Distillery founder David Farran said: "We're delighted to introduce our Parlour Gin and Prickly Pear EquineOx to the US.

"The two products are claimed to be made from regionally-sourced ingredients and artisanal distilling methods."

"As with Canada, we have found US consumers are taken with our artisanal craft spirits and genuine farm-to-glass methods. We are excited to see New York's distinguished imbibers looking for a certified craft experience from seed to sip."

Parlour Gin is a London-style, dry gin that has been distilled with a selection of botanicals. Prickly Pear EquineOx has been produced by distilling prairie grain and distinctive ingredients such as the prickly pear cactus.

Ambassador Wine & Spirits general manager Andre Robert Guerin said: "Parlour Gin is a happy medium between old school London Dry and New American Gin. It is not too sweet, nor too dry. It is a balanced, well put together spirit that is very approachable and marketable for sure."

Located in Turner Valley, Eau Claire Distillery produces its spirits lineup using ingredients from local farms.
