Unibel has announced its plans to invest $10m in Barfresh Food Group, a ready-to-blend frozen beverages producer based in the US. Unibel is the parent company of France-based cheese producer, Fromageries Bel.

As part of the investment, Unibel will acquire 15,625,000 shares of Barfresh’s common stock at a price of $0.64 a share.

The investment will provide Barfresh with access to Unibel’s retail, manufacturing and distribution facilities.

HR Food Processing has raised Rs450m ($6.56m) in a Series B round of funding from investors Lok Capital and Aavishkaar India II.

Based in India, HR Food Processing produces and markets dairy products under the Osam brand. The company plans to invest the funds to expand its production capacity and distribution services in the state of Bihar.

Coca-Cola HBC Polska has announced the selection of Sobieski Trade for distributing its products in Poland. Sobieski Trade is the distribution arm of Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits (MBWS).

As part of the agreement, Sobieski Trade will distribute Coca-Cola HBC Polska products to the retail channel, including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Nestea, Kropla Beskidu, Kropla Delice, Powerade, Monster, and Burn.

Italy-based spirit manufacturer Gruppo Campari has announced plans to sell two of its Italian winery estates to Terra Moretti Distribuzione for €62m.

The deal includes the sale of the two estates, Azienda Vinicola Tenute Sella & Mosca, and Teruzzi & Puthod; production plants; and inventory.

With this transaction, Gruppo Campari has completed its exit from the Italian still wines business, which started with the disposal of Enrico Serafino in 2015.
