Deals this week: Maison Ackerman, Agras Distillery Oy, Yealands Wine Group
Maison Ackerman has agreed to acquire Davide Gruppo Campari-Milano’s wine business French Chateau de Sancerre, including its facilities, vineyards, vinification, production plants, and inventory.
The purchase consideration for the transaction is £20.5m ($26.11m).
Based in Italy, Davide Gruppo Campari-Milano produces alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Agras Distillery Oy has raised €0.38m ($0.42m) through equity crowd-funding platform Invesdor Oy.
Co-founded by Juha Kuronen, Jari Leinonen, Anssi Takala, and Susanna Kankare, the Finland-based distillery produces spirits.
Yealands Wine Group has completed the sale of its Crossroads Winery in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
The wine producer will retain control of the brand following the transaction.
Pulse Beverage has signed a distribution agreement with Affiliated Foods for its Natural Cabana Coconut Waters.
As part of this agreement, Pulse Beverages' coconut waters will be supplied to Affiliated Foods distribution facilities in Texas. From there, they will be distributed throughout Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.
