Deals this week: Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Coldpress Foods
Dr Pepper Snapple Group has announced the pricing for private placement of two senior notes issues due 2027 and 2045 respectively.
The former issue is intended to raise $100m in gross proceeds. It will be sold at 101.388% of the principal amount. The second issue is intended to raise $300m in gross proceeds and will carry a coupon rate of 4.5%.
Based in the US, the company produces and distributes non-alcoholic beverages.
Coldpress Foods has received £2.3m ($2.96m) funding by UK-based investment company Odexia and Marechale Capital.
Also based in the UK, Coldpress is a cold-pressed juices and smoothies producer.
The funding is intended to be invested in expanding the company’s sales and marketing, extending product range, and adding more distribution channels.
