Chloe Wine Collection has introduced Chloe 2015 Monterey County Rosé in select US markets.

Claimed to be the first vintage of 2015, Chloe Rosé is made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from Monterey County vineyards.

The grapes have been night-harvested at 22-23 degrees Brix and slowly fermented at 52°F to maintain the aromas and natural acidity of the fruit.

“This dry rosé features subtle aromas of strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, and crushed dried tea leaves.”

Chloe Rosé is produced using direct to pressing method for unique colour and flavour.

This dry rosé features subtle aromas of strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, and crushed dried tea leaves.

It comes in a delicate Alsatian-style bottle shape, reflecting the ethereal flavor profile, while its faceted punt highlights the ballet slipper pink colour.

Chloe Wine Collection senior winemaker Georgetta Dane said: "With its fine aromas, delicate flavours and striking packaging, Chloe Rosé truly epitomises the spirit of the Chloe Wine Collection: Classic Beauty, Bottled."

The company’s wine portfolio includes Prosecco DOC, Sonoma County Chardonnay, Valdadige DOC Pinot Grigio, Monterey County Rosé, Monterey County Pinot Noir, and California North Coast red blend, Red No 249.
