"The new expression is created with fully-matured agave, which has been aged for seven to ten years."

The new expression is created with fully-matured agave, which has been aged for seven to ten years.

The agave used in the creation of Código 1530 tequila expressions is claimed to be 100% Blue Weber. It has been cooked in stainless steel ovens and fermented utilising an organic family baker's yeast in Amatitán, then distilled twice in stills.

Blanco is an unrested tequila and its preparation takes 17 days.

The rested tequilas are aged to taste in French White Oak red wine barrels obtained from the Napa Valley, and carry an alcohol by volume percentage of 40%.

Reposado is aged for six months and Añejo for 18 months while Origen, which is an extra Añejo Tequila, is aged for six years.

The new expressions of tequila by Código 1530 comes in 750ml bottle made of bubbled glass.
