Frozen organic bone broth manufacturer Bonafide Provisions has launched new line Drinkable Veggies.

The new US Department of Agriculture (USDA) certified, organic, and ready-to-drink vegetable juices are prepared by blending whole organic, fresh vegetables with nutrient-rich bone broth, resulting in a nutritious beverage.

Blending is performed using high-pressure processing to retain nutritional and functional characteristics. Blends Revitalize, Thrive, Revive, Renew, and Glow are claimed to combine real food, nutrition, and flavour, as well as contain less than 100 calories and macronutrients such as fat, carbohydrates, and protein.

Bonafide Provisions' founder Sharon Brown said: “Our mission is to create real, genuine, nutrient-dense foods for all and we knew there was an opportunity in the market to provide an alternative to high-sugar, empty-calorie juices by blending whole organic, fresh vegetables with nutrient-dense bone broth.

"We knew there was an opportunity in the market to provide an alternative to high-sugar, empty-calorie juices."

“The powerhouse combination of collagen and protein from bone broth, plus whole organic vegetables, helps keep you full and satisfied without worrying about a sugar crash."

Revitalize is made up of spinach, spring pea, lemon, mint, and asparagus, while Thrive is prepared using butternut squash, yellow onion, fennel, and turmeric.

In addition, Revive consists of carrots, fennel, and turmeric and Renew comprises red bell pepper, tomato, and burdock root. Glow is a blend of tomato, red beets, cucumber, red onion, and basil.

Available at natural and traditional grocers, the five variants consist of celtic sea salt and organic chicken bone broth, which is claimed to contain bio-available minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, silicon, and sulfur.
