Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) has secured $70m through a private offering of senior unsecured notes due 2033.

Based in the US, Coke Florida is involved in the distribution of The Coca-Cola Company’s products.

The firm will use the funds for repayment of its debt, and for working capital, capital expenditure and general corporate purposes.
