Foxtrot Ventures has raised $6m through a Series A financing round.

Foxtrot Ventures is a food and beverage delivery company based in the US with a mobile app that enables users to buy food and drinks online.

The financing round was led by Fifth Wall and involved participation of Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Lerer Hippeau, Collaborative VC, BoxGroup, Maveron, M3 Ventures and The University of Chicago.

The firm intends to use the proceeds to launch new retail outlets in Chicago and extend its e-commerce delivery business.

Nayuki has raised funds through a Series A+ financing round.

“Freedom Foods Group has secured A$182m ($142.67m) through a private placement of new shares priced at A$4.8 ($3.76) a share.”

The funding round was led by Chinese venture capital firm Tiantu Capital Co and was closed on 20 March 2018.

Nayuki is a Chinese tea brand.

Liquor Easy (9bianli.com) has raised $16.6m from Henan State-Controlled Internet Industry Venture Capital Fund (LP) and Guizhou Renhuai Maotai-Flavor Liquor Industry Development Investment Co through a Series C financing round.

Based in China, Liquor Easy delivers liquor products to customers through its online-to-offline (O2O) platform.

The funding round was closed on 20 March 2018.

Freedom Foods Group has secured A$182m ($142.67m) through a private placement of new shares priced at A$4.8 ($3.76) a share.

Based in Australia, Freedom Foods is involved in the production of allergen-free cereals, snacks, beverages and dairy products.

The firm intends to use the funds to support its growth strategy and for general corporate purposes.
